Cam Thanh - Hoi An Ancient Town - Cam Thanh

14:30 - 15:50: Your guide will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the starting point of the kayaking trip in Cam Thanh. After receiving instructions on basic kayaking techniques and a safety briefing, we will begin paddling towards Hoi An Ancient Town. This exciting tour will offer you stunning moments of Hoi An as the lanterns start to light up the streets, and the golden sunlight bathes the town's ancient atmosphere. As the sun sets, Hoi An reveals its most magical and romantic beauty. The last rays of the day shine through the tiled roofs and moss-covered walls, creating a breathtaking picture. Lanterns have been glowed, adding charm to the ancient town and creating an enchanting, mystical atmosphere. Join us in exploring Hoi An Ancient Town as the sun goes down.

17:30 - Relaxing and enjoying a drink at a riverside cafe.

Difficulty of the activity

Difficulty Level (5/10): Most people can participate in the tour, children from 6 years old and above also can join with parents. It will be easier and more comfortable for you to experience outdoor activities if you have good preparation for physical training before the trip. The duration of each trip is 2 days generally. With those trekking tours at this level, it might take 2 – 3 hours/day for doing the trek with the quite easy terrain. At the same level, the kayaking and SUP tours, 2 – 3 hours/ days paddling with the large water surface, and plenty of times to take photos and take rest as well.

1. Travel insurance

● Umove Adventure uses service from Bảo Việt Insurance with a maximum insurance payout of 100 million VND/person/case.

3. Reading and signing the exclude all liability before departing

● The customers who buy adventure tours from Umove Adventure have enough awareness about the level of challenge as well as other physical challenges and other potential dangers during the tour. Hence the customer is asked to read and sign the Exclude all Liability form before departing. Find the form below and read it carefully.

4. Kayaking Notes

● Before getting in the water, you will be given theoretical instructions, including techniques, how to use the equipment, and safety guidelines.  

● You must wear life jackets properly.  

● While kayaking, be mindful of obstacles in the river, etc.  

● Staying close to the riverbank and always being aware of motorboats on the river.  

● Strictly following the guide's instructions.

5. Drinks & Beverages during the Riverbank Café Shop

● Drinking water will be provided both on the bus and while kayaking. Umove Adventure encourages customers to limit the use of disposable plastic and nylon products, so we suggest bringing a reusable water bottle to refill from the large water containers we provide.  

● During the tour, there will be a stop at a riverside café. Each customer will receive one beverage, such as coffee, tea, or any non-alcoholic drink.

6. Protecting the environment together

● Umove Adventure supports and practices Leave No Trace principles in each program and outdoor activities itself. We also encourage our customers and partners to apply to Leave No Trace principles when traveling in the outdoor environment. See details about the Leave No Trace tại đây

● In order to limit the use of single-use plastic, Umove Adventure encourages each of us to prepare for ourselves a bottle of water with a 1L capacity for daily water refilling.

● On the tour, tourists comply with the instructions and regulations on environmental protection at the destination. 

7. Medical assistance

● If you have cardiovascular disease or bone and joint diseases (knees, ankles, shoulder joints, etc.), you should consult your doctor before deciding to join the trip. 

● In any case, if you go into the water to swim, you must wear a life jacket.
