1. Tour payment:
Customers deposit 50% (or pay 100%) of the amount announced by Umove Adventure when registering for the tour. Umove Adventure will not reserve a reservation before receiving a deposit. If a 50% deposit is made, the remaining amount is paid by the customer on the tour departure date.

2. Postponement or cancellation of tour:
In case the customer wants to cancel the Umove Adventure program, the Tour Cancellation Policy will apply as follows:

Cancellation 15 days or more before departure date will receive a 100% refund
Cancellation from 10 days to 14 days before departure date will cost 30% of the paid amount.
Cancellation from 05 days to 10 days before departure date will cost 50% of the paid amount.
Cancellation from 03 days to 05 days before departure date will cost 70% of the paid amount.
Cancellation 02 days before departure date will result in a loss of 100% of the paid amount
In cases where you want to change the departure date or switch to another tour, you must notify Umove Adventure by email or zalo or phone 15 days before the departure date. If notified more than 15 days before departure, the same policy as tour cancellation applies.

In case Umove Adventure is forced to cancel the tour due to force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, enemy sabotage, etc., the amount the customer has deposited or paid will be reserved for 01 year, from the date of payment. Customers can continue to go to the selected program or switch to any other program. After 1 year, if the customer does not continue the tour, Umove Adventure will refund 100% of the amount the customer paid.
